How to Practise Gratefulness?

It is very easy. Every day you find time to think of a couple of things you are grateful for. It can be anything from a lovely cup of coffee in the morning to being grateful for your family, your health or beautiful, sunny day.

I prefer using a journal. Writing it all down signals to the brain “this is important”. Every day I find quiet five to ten minutes where I write a list of things I am grateful for. I have started gratefulness journal few years ago when I felt really lost and unenthusiastic about life in general. My brother gave me an idea to write a gratefulness journal and I will be thanking him for this all my life.

Gratefulness practises are an absolute game changer! They shift your mind to focus on the positives of your life and you realise that even in the darkest days there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.
